In December '07 I was invited to give the keynote speech at the 2007 IEEE ICICT Conference in Cairo, Egypt. I also delivered a tutorial on Internet Protocol TV (IPTV) and presented an invited paper. My Egyptian hosts were most gracious and the conference was nothing short of spectacular as it attracted a large group of international engineers and scientists.
